Changes in the economic, social, and political structures of our country demand corresponding changes in the content of courses and the methods of teaching in our schools. The purpose and philosophy of the Kenton City School System is to continually adjust the curriculum and direct the efforts of the staff to better serve the student body through assisting the development of each child intellectually, physically, socially, and morally so that the child may participate fully in life's experiences: achieving, contributing, appreciating, and enjoying.
The goal of the Kenton City Schools is to help each child develop into an adult who exhibits self confidence, participates fully, learns continually, acts with integrity, and contributes his/her talents and abilities to the community, the state, the nation, and the world.
