KMS 8th Grade football The Kenton 8th Grade Wildcats lost a nail biter to the Elida Bulldogs last Tuesday at Robinson Field. On Thursday Aug. 29th KMS. 7th grade football team welcomed the Ottawa Glandorf Titans to Robinson Field for the season opener for both squad’s. The Wildcats scored on their first possession. On a run by QB Jayce Bordner giving the cats a 6-0 lead. The Wildcat defense took it from there shutting down the Titans

The Wildcats traveled to Elida to battle the Bulldogs.  Both teams worn special gear in honor and appreciation of our military heroes past and present. The 8th grade football team traveled to Ottawa-Glandorf  to take on the Titans. After a hot hard fought battle the Wildcats and Titans tied 12-12. Quarterback Xavier Gammon connected with Layton Hijma for a score. He also contributed a rushing touchdown. The 8th grade will back in action at Robinson Field on Tuesday September 3rd

Kenton Wildcats traveled to take on the Ridgemont Golden Gophers in a triple header. Kenton freshman won the first match 25-14, 25-15. Next up was JV squad topping Ridgemont 25-16, 25-19.
