Today students celebrated the completion of the Five Senses unit with Carnival Activities! Students took part in the following activities:1. Sight- names were written in Braille and students put gems on the Braille dots.2. Hearing- students listened and identified environmental Spinal cord/Vertebrae models
Today we used cereal and marshmallows and pipe cleaners to create a model of the human backbone. The cereal represented the vertebrae bones, the marshmallows represented the cartilage and the pipe cleaner represented the spinal cord.
